Dear Kelly,

 

This is the poster which you have approved when I met you last week. However, this is in landscape version for digital purposes. I went to IT services and they specified the requirements for the poster - to have the person in charge, dept and contact number. So I've made the necessary changes. They also want the poster to be emailed from the PIC, so kindly e-mail this attached jpeg file to edw...@sunway.edu.my

 

He had mentioned that it will be up for a maximum of 5 days; (22, 23, 24, 27, 28 Aug) once he receives the poster from you 

 

Also, regarding venue booking for AIESEC Night (10th Sept) and Assessment Day (11th Sept) 

I went to F&M, but they told me that they won't accept venue bookings from students. Instead, they will only allow a venue to be booked by the PIC/Dept

So, I've clarified with F&M and the staff told me to have you meet F&M personally to book the venue.
