This is a last minute request for the 27th & 28th. I am not aware that you needed booth set up. You will need to check with F&M to get your booth set up.
Will book the microphone for you on the 10th of Sep for AIESEC night.
Projector should be running fine.
Assessment Day,
You will have to bring your own markers. Classroom projectors should be working.
If there are problems with the projector, you will need to call the F&M guys to check on it.

Total capacity: 50 pax ( 2 classroom for interview purpose)
Venue: SWG-3 & SWG-4
SWG-3 can fit 50 pax, SWG-4 can fit about 34 pax
Please come and collect the cabinet key from me during office hours before the event on that day.

As for Assessment Day, judging by the number of sign ups today, we will need to hold more than 1 assessment, so I will update you on the extra bookings we need, as the team will have to fix a date first.
