I am Fiona, Team Leader for AIESEC Initiative Group in Sunway University. I am writing to check if there are any forms we have to fill up to register for a booth on 4th & 5th of September. As per our conversation previously and as advised by Ms. Kelly, I would like to confirm our spot for a booth. Ms Kelly had mentioned that it shouldn't be a problem but there may be procedural works which you may help us out with.

Please let me know should you need anything from us and I thank you in advance for your support.

Hi Kelly,

For 27 & 28 at cafeteria,
We need 3 chairs, 3 tables, speaker, board
I'm not sure if you've requested from F&M, but in any case, we will meet you early morning on Monday around 8.45/9am so we can get the booth set up at cafeteria

For AIESEC Night,
We need microphone and just making sure the projector is working because we'll be showing videos and presentations

For Assessment Day,
We just need classrooms, marker and also making sure projector is working :)

Hey Fiona,

This is a last minute request for the 27th & 28th. I am not aware that you needed booth set up. You will need to check with F&M to get your booth set up.

 

Will book the microphone for you on the 10th of Sep for AIESEC night.

Projector should be running fine.

 

Assessment Day,

You will have to bring your own markers. Classroom projectors should be working.

 

If there are problems with the projector, you will need to call the F&M guys to check on it.

Thanks for the updates.
Please let me know when you have the venue confirmed for AIESEC Night so we can promote that as well :)

As for Assessment Day, judging by the number of sign ups today, we will need to hold more than 1 assessment, so I will update you on the extra bookings we need, as the team will have to fix a date first.

Dear Kelly,

Thanks for your email. However, we would need to request for a bigger space.
As of 28/8/12 we have approximately 320 sign ups not including 40 who have also signed up online. So here are the latest details...please assist our booking, thank you!

For: AIESEC NIGHT 
Date: 10/9/12
Estimated attendance: 160 pax
Request Venue: AUDI 7 ( if not available, need another with similar capacity)

For: Assessment Day
Date: 11/9/12 & 12/9/12
Estimated Attendance : 90 pax
Request venue: 4 classrooms PER EACH DAY (each classroom to be able to fit ~ 20 pax as there will be group activity)
