Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is a change in the total capacity for both of the events. Will you kindly provide more rooms and/or a larger venue for the respective events?

For: AIESEC NIGHT
Date: 10/9/12
Estimated attendance: 160 pax
Request Venue: AUDI 7 ( if not available, need another with similar capacity) <<< so for this event we need to change venue. Previously u booked AUDI 2 for us. It won’t fit.

For: Assessment Day
Date: 11/9/12 & 12/9/12
Estimated Attendance : 90 pax

Request venue: 4 classrooms PER EACH DAY (each classroom to be able to fit ~ 20 pax as there will be group activity)

For Assessment Day, u have already booked 2 rooms for us on 11/9.
So I would like to request another 2 rooms on 11/9 and 4 rooms on 12/9.
Per class room should fit 20pax.
