My beloved Team,
How are you guys ?
I'm really very sorry for neglecting you guys as I've been a bit off radar lately.
I heard that you guys are going to have your first departmental meeting, that's just plainly awesome.
I know you guys have put in a lot of effort, hopefully it pays off well.
Hope each of you are learning how to manage academic and professional stress, else it's going to be a long long way.
Let me give you few tips for your first departmental meeting ( I know you guys are geniuses but little words of wisdom from experience).
1. It's really not advisable to include departmental processes or functions in the first meeting.
2. Make it a get-to-know session, ice-breaking, roll calls, games.
3. Show them the relevance of staying in each department and how they contribute to the whole of AIESEC (only if you think it's necessary).
Do ask me more if you need more tips,
This is it from me for now,
Let me attach a small book along-with this mail,
Thanking you,
With Love,
"To be the top global youth leadership organization"
Best Regards,
Rahul Pallath,
Director of Expansion 2012/2013
