Hi if you could post a screenshot and any javascript errors that would
be great and I will see what I can do. Really, I need more details
than this in order to help out.

It's not the theme's fault. I changed my theme several times, and
each time, was unable to click on the "select theme" option. The only
way I was able to change my theme was by navigating backwards in my
browser history to the page where the themes are listed for choosing.

Does anyone know the URL to the page where you can select a theme?

You have to select your location for the current theme before it lets
you click that link. It should be in a box on your iGoogle page.
Simple as that.
