Supreme Wisdom (Ye shes bla ma) by Jigmed Lingpa says:
“Regarding the outer separation, The Son of the Teaching (bsTan bu) says: First of all, to eliminate the strong attachment Of our body, voice and mind We must start with behaviour.
And, regarding the way to engage in this, the root tantra (Transcendent Sound, sGra thal ’gyur) states: With your body, walk, sit, Turn, perform various movements (yantras), Stretch or bend your limbs, Carry out different kinds of actions. Do anything that comes to mind; As soon as the behaviour of the beings of the six classes Comes to mind, imitate them.
So, in order to arrest the actions of body, voice and mind produced by karma and its latent traces and also in order to prevent them in future, (first of all) go to a place without passers-by and where you are sure of not being seen or heard, in order not to breach the seventh tantric precept about (divulging) secret practices.”
