Hi all..
Phd english result has been declared.. But could not recognise anyone who appeared with me in interview.. Dont know hw it happened but the names are finally on IGNOU website. With broken heart.....

yes jatinder, isnt it strange? i also called up other candidates who were present that day for the interview...none of their names are there and even they could not recognise these names....this phd english list was put up on monday on the ignou website and that is when i saw it.

Yes Natasha its quite strange. Don't kno anyone who has been selected. It was a great chance lost. Many things relied upon this selection. But now these things will b lost. :-(

jatinder, be hopeful...one of the candidates i know called up someone in the ignou department but since that teacher was traveling outside delhi and was not sure, she said it is quite possible that these are backlog candidates and that the people who were interview originally for the january 2012 session may now be considered for the july 2013 session...these words are also very strange.

Yes Natasha, it might b possible that back log cases are given chance. It is evident from mechanical stream who got selected will b taken for july 13 session. So still we have chance to b hopeful. But question disturbing me is if they already had candidates, then y they conducted interview for jan 13

yes, why did they call more? and are still calling more? and they have also recently released advertisement for july 2013 session. now we don't even know whether we are selected or not so we cannot even try again by fillinf up the form in this advertisement. and the last date for filling up might also be gone.

Very right Dear.. I had talked to one of the candidates selected for Jan 13 session. She appeared in test on 30 August though she applied for June 12 session. So still we have chances to qualify for next session without doing formalities again. Hopes are still alive. But we are in lurch.
