Update on Ph.D in Management

Dear Folks,

Spoke to Dr. Bhasak of the School of Management who was kind enough to answer my queries.

1)  Shortlisting is not over yet - this is the vacation time for all teaching staff and hence it is going to be over by Jan 1st week only.

2)  They're closely looking at the research area and research proposals.

3)  Many guides are already occupied with 8 scholars and hence few students will only be considered.  (This may be the reason I guess that they've not advertised for Ph.D. in Mgt for July'13 cycle)

4)  Those selected for Interview can now expect the calls by mid-Jaunary 2013.

Dear all, the only reason y a drat could get returned by the admission office is that the three month validity of the draft has expired at time of preentation by ignou as per new rbi guidellines. Pls reissue the draft and resend to the same address ie director reearch unit. This has no connection to school of management.

Thank u for the information,but  I have got draft back from Ignou the reason is,cancellation of entrance test,whole Rs1000 got back am so confused whether I ll get cal or not
