IGNOU- PHD selection by the school

Dear All,
Happy to see you all here. Kudos to Mr. Sree for this effort. I received no communication other than the short listed application from the IGNOU website. Ms. Rinki told in the earlier message that she got selected by concern schools. How she knew about that? Any communication to you dear Rinki from the School or is it available in the site?.
