i think we have to take an action against it..............

why we people are suffering from their decisions...

we have a right to know wether we are shortlisted or qualified or not.

set a single date ...........we should reach there .........ask what are the reasons of delay and is fate this shorlisted list........

come on!

we can not wait for such a long time without any response

we can let them to take benefits from such a lage no. of students.

the decision of withholding the list and not announcing it absolutely agaist the ethos of central university. we can serve the legal notice to Ignou managment. there is no point that they shound not enrol the students for ph.d. what is the ground of rejection. rather they should pay

i have lost all hopes now.............................

IISC Bangalore has announced PhD admissions ( External Parttime registration is available) but you should be BE + MBA/Mba Equivalent.

yes ...we should  not leave the hope.....we should explore the other opportunities..........

but,

we should not take our step back.........there application forms were very expensive...the main question is being inert after having a higher qualification and experience really does not suit us?........believe me.......taking an action would be beneficial for us............i alonly struggled when i was pursuing M.Phil, they hv not declared the result from so many years but see now we are only two students who got the result.............

Actually, I'm unsure whether this is the forum for us to start the antics.   Some of the members may post difficult language and we'll have to run for cover.

Hence I request all members to write to speak to IGNOU directly and not start venting their anger on the web.

I'm sure IGNOU is following set procedures and we got together to understand the status and help each other.

we can help ourselve better........
i agree......that it can not be a forum.....and we do not need to creat any forum.....

actually,......it is a problem of a large number of people...so in order to get a result or the best result, we can take step collectively....

its not actually about venting our anger on web....its about unsatisfactory result and delay from their side....and we are the sufferer...and here we can share and get the best way to come out of it.

even the lagauage used by each of our friend is clear and understood by everyone, i think....people are trying to share there opinion actually.......is it not good to understand each other.

IGNOU is affiliated as a central university in ugc. You all should directly write to the UGC to take action for delaying.  PHD is a highest degree that every student dream for it but fewer get a chance to achieve it.  In this case it is the universities negligence for unnecessary delaying.  My best wishes all of with you.

Dear Folks,

I managed to get through to Dr. Bhasak and speak to him.  He said that they have not started the shortlisting process and now the revised date is 10th March 2012 or thereabouts.

While on the subject, we need to understand that this is a delay by the University.  It is not any other issue.  Back in Hyderabad, there is one University that has not yet been able to notify admissions for the year 2012-13!  

This is since the earlier shortlisted candidates (2011-12) could not be interviewed ontime and so on.

i also speak to dr. Basak and he told me that process is going on.....when i talked to him earlier ....they had replied the same .........he told that he will come up with the a list of candidates for interview very soon.
