Activities / Key Tasks

* Deliver on reporting needs based on business requirements from the client and delivery team and recommend improvements to the same.
* Support the Analytics Management team to validate that the client"s business objectives are achieved by the agreed business requirements and propose alternatives where appropriate.
* Automate standard report generation process to drive efficiency in the reporting process
* Develop quality controls into report generation / publishing process to identify & eliminate data errors
* Documents business/functional/technical requirements and analytical solutions in a clear and concise manner
* Reviewing and validating client database and data availability
* Provides assistance to service delivery teams in terms of data and reporting needs when required to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Technical skills

Strong understanding of reporting methodologies with
exposure to database centric reporting tools

Working knowledge of data management, including database and spreadsheet applications, with the ability to use moderately complex models or specialized computer applications.

Proficient with MS Excel

Expertise in automation of report generation process using VBA

Ability to understand and analyze data for Healthcare industry
