We are urgently looking for Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst for Manesar(Gurgaon) with one of the Esteemed Client

Job Description:
Job Role

You have the practical experience, broad knowledge and functional expertise. Here is where you take it further. Your problem-solving approach, sound planning and judgment and ability to identify and develop approaches to assignments will enable you to thrive here providing management support for global reporting and business processes. Though you'll be part of a team, you will also be working independently and responsible for the completion of priority based tasking. The scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills.


This position owns the following general responsibilities:

* Report development and deployment as assigned to meet BAM needs
* Data mining from SAP, Demo Tracker
* Apply Analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.
* Fulfill all tasking with reporting business program/project support as assigned.
* Assist with process deployments and monitoring related to BAM report tools
* Support global BAM business reporting strategy

Academic Qualifications (Preferred)

You'll need to bring at least 3 years' business processes management and development related experience, through which you have developed a solutions-oriented approach and an understanding of the importance of a customer-focused service.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, computing or business administration (or equivalent in 3 years direct work experience).

Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

-Strong data skills to enable the development of custom reports in Excel.
-Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.
-Strong analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.
-Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.
-Team Player
-Ability to communicate effectively across different levels & geographies.
-Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.
