Job Responsibilities Resposible for bulk hiring using different channels.
Vendor Hiring/ Database Hiring (Through Consultant Site and Job Portals ), End to End hiring Responsible for bulk hiring and Campus hiring
Contacting and Coordinating with college & institute authorities Travelling to different college & institute for tie-up and hiring purposes in Pan India
Recruitment from campuses Responsible for taking interview in campuses Short listing the candidates Responsible to generate LOI on the spot
