Electives for the 2nd year BAPC

Hi,
This is regarding our choice of electives for the 2nd BAPC. I had
chosen BPC-001 and BPC-002 in Group 1. But I later got informed from
the regional centre that we are not supposed to repeat our electives
and we have to choose subjects other than that of those we have
already had earlier. So I have chosen BEGE-101 worth 8 credits. Maybe
a few of you have encountered the same problem. You can contact Mr.
Raja, at the admissions department, at the regional centre.

Hey, anyone has any idea as to when we may get our results?

Hi Pramila,

Was told it'd take about 2 months and that was middle of last month so hopefully by September we should get our results. And considering it was only 4 of us who did the exams they shouldn't take too long to correct our papers.

About the 2nd year electives, have already received my books and BPC001 and BPC002 are a repeat.

Hi Sandra,

 

   Please check with the regional centre regarding the electives that are repeated. Sister Shiney also encountered same problem and she was also adviced to select electives other than those that were in the first year. There seems to be a limited time period for doing the same.

Hi Sandra,

 

Guess you already know that the results were announced long back. But I could not get my grade card on the net due to some technical fault. Did u get urs? And I am not able to find any assignments on the net for BAPC 2nd year. Can u help me regarding that?

Only for 2 papers though BAPC 005 and 006.

Guess we have to enquire about the practical exams at the RC, as I
don,t find them in the timetable.

Yep. Not In time table. Hopefully it won't be too early.

Swathi did not specif any date for submitting the record. Just asked
us to get it binded. Guess we could subit it on the exam day. Ask her
to confirm.

Hey San, Swathi ma'am told that she will get in contact with the programe co-ordinator at kengeri and will try to organise the practical exams afterr the theory ones. Hope it happens that way! Meanwhile all the best ,dear,for the exams.

Any one could please tell me about the grading system of BA final year and the minimum marks required to pass the BA final year exam. ??? Will the marks of assignments are incorporated in the final year marks ? ( I mean If i fall short of some marks in theory, will it be compensated with the assignment marks in final year exam. ) What is the minimum pass marks required to pass a single subject ? Is it 40 out of 100 or 35 out of 100 ? 

What is overall percentage of marks required to pass the BA final year exam from IGNOU ? 

Any friends , who knows the procedure may please guide me .
