Job profile: The candidate would be required to receive and resolve inbound customer technical support calls; troubleshooting technical problems Customers may encounter using Cisco WebEx services. He would also be required to resolve customers PC configuration problems, congestion queries and advise the company’s customers on the use of WebEx services. The candidate must be a team player capable of high performance and would be required to work in a dynamic 24×7 environment.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in Computers Science preferably BSc (CS) or BCA. The candidate must possess good Technical Knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills n command over grammatically correct spoken English. Fresher with Excellent communication Skill can also apply.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support (Voice based) supporting for network based service or application, with web based / Internet experience highly desired.
