Tentative date - does anyone have a problem with Feb. 5, 2008, for Ignite Portland 2?

We need to establish a data ASAP, so we can book a venue, and start working on everything else.
The date on the table is February 5, 2008. That's a Tuesday, and there are no major event conflicts that we know of.
Does this date NOT work for anyone?
