There's been some confusion about the seating capacity of the Bagdad.
McMenanins has published different figures in various places.

I've confirmed that seating capacity for the Bagdad is 580 with an
additional 10 seats in the disabled area.

Do you think we'll get a "to-capacity" crowd?

Also, volunteer folks are asking for any updates...do you have anything
currently that I should tell them?

Hope all goes well...I'm in town for a couple of weeks (though still have
tons of phone meetings that keep me glued to my home office)...so let me
know if there are preparation/planning events to attend and I will do my
best to make them.

Ann, I have a few notes/updates from today's reconnaissance mission
with Adam and Todd. I'll post them a bit later (or would you rather I
email you directly).

Ann, in addition to Aaron's notes, everything is going along smoothly.
We have about $4,000 in sponsorship which is great. The Oregonaian
will be publishing a feature on the event next week which will
probably drive attendance. And I think we'll either max out the space
or come very close to it. We're watching the RSVP's trickle in
wondering how many people will come, just like the volunteer army is.
And since Bagdad is handling all the setup, food and cleanup, there
really isn't a whole lot of extra planning to do.
