Meeting to start organizing?

Hey guys,

I was hoping we might be able to have a meeting soon to get the
ball rolling with Ignite, and those of you who may want to help put
the event together.

I really like the idea of having the event sometime in January, so
I'd like to start laying the groundwork for an awesome event.

What do you guys think of maybe getting together this Thursday
night to start ironing out the logistics? Perhaps we should meet near
the venue downtown?

Hey Gregg,

I understand you are anxious to get going. As I have discussed with
you and others, I think we should work on getting some people into the
discussion and extend the opportunity for others to volunteer their
time to the planning of this event.

This is something we could all work on this week. Driving people to
the Google group and getting them to signup. We can do this by
officially making a call for volunteers to help us run the event.

Let's push back the meeting a week and work on getting people
involved. Thursday night is a local tech event (Freaks & Geeks)
anyway.

Okay.. it's been about a month since I last pushed for a meeting to
get this scheduled and moving.

How about now?

yes we can organize a planning meeting, like we discussed we were
going to wait until after the thanksgiving holiday.
