Professor R Vaidyanathan from IIM Bangalore,
on the topic:
"Emerging Trends in Global Markets and implications for India”
The talk will focus on Trends in Global Markets, Black money and
International Tax Heavens.

About the Speaker:

Prof R Vaidyanathan
UTI Chair Professor in Capital Market Studies,
IIM Bangalore

After graduating from Loyola College Madras, Dr. Vaidyanathan obtained
his masters from the Indian Statistical Institute and then his
Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Dr
Vaidyanathan is known for his extensive research and publications on
the issues of corruption and irregularities due to black money. He is
currently an adviser to SEBI and has been on the boards of many
corporates and banks. Named one of the best ten professors at all IIMs
by Business Today magazine during 2006-2007, he has also been a
visiting faculty to the Manchester Business School and at the Faculty
of Management, University of Mauritius.
