Dear Friends,
Group for Rural Activities(GRA) is organising GRA winter camp
2012 to 'Bhagini Nivedita Gramin Vigyan Niketan' in Jalgaon district,
Maharashtra.
The dates of the camp are revised again. The new dates are:
Dates*: 28 Nov to 2 Dec 2012 (we will leave the campus on 27th night and return by 2nd Dec)

These dates are final and will not be changed further.
Bhagini Nivedita Gramin Vigyan Niketan(BNGVN) in an NGO working to empower
villages to have the capacity to provide means to livelihood and have a
self sustaining ecosystem. BNGVN has created more than 2000 women's Self
Help Groups impacting 20,000 women and their families across 200 villages.
It has projects like Model Village and Micro-credit for development of
villages and has provided loans over a crore in total to farmers and
village entrepreneurs through Self Help Groups.
The founder of the NGO, Nilima Mishra received the 2011 Ramon Magsaysay
Award for her work in BNGVN.

The deadline to fill u the form is 20th October as no. of participants is limited to 15. So fill the form asap if you want to participate in the camp.

*The dates have been revised because end sems of first year students are ending on 26/27 Nov. Previous dates were from 30th Nov to 3 Dec. So it would have become inconvenient for first year students to wait till 30th Nov as they are eagre to go home.
