<<< The Mission of IRAS presented in a conceivable format. >>>
What is IRAS???
The Goals of IRAS can be categorized in three steps:
1. Innovative Research on Technology and Science
2. Innovative Research on Technology and Science with a Social Welfare
Perspective (Technology truly beneficial to all)
3. Innovative Research on Technology and Science with a Social Welfare
Perspective to discover higher truth. (Laying a path from 'Technology
to Truth')

IRAS is verily 'Researchers'. You can participate to fulfill any of
the three goals. Each step is unique by itself though there appears to
be is interdependence.
Step1: Research in any Scientific Field or on any Technology for the
sake of personal interest or career.
Step2: Extention of Step1 - Keeping Personal Satisfaction and Career
in mind, pursuing Research with a predominance of National Interest.
For instance, knowing that India needs mainly four things...food,
clothing, shelter, entertainment. FOR A NATION TO BE RICH, IT IS NOT
COMPULSORY THAT IT IS ADVANCED IN TECHNOLOGY. But, this is definitely
Technological Growth we aim at, but towards social benefit.
Step3: This is an extention of both the steps... it aims at defining a
new orientation of science altogether, to discover the secrets of
one's true nature, higher truths, essence of various scriptures etc.,
with a scienctific perspective.
THE ESSENCE IS THAT, THOUGH INNOVATIVE RESEARCH IS THE CRITERIA, THE
ORIENTATION IS DEFINED HERE. i.e. WITH WHAT FRAME OF MIND AND
OBJECTIVES, RESEARCH IS PURSUED.

Hoping that all have grasped the idea, i will conclude this note.
NOTE: Music Club comes as an objective of Step3, i will elaborate on
this concept later after exams. Or in simple terms "Vibration was the
cause of the universe, vibration is what the universe is composed
of... then Vibrations can make subtle changes on our physical sheath,
as well on our minds........ and india has partically seen the power
of music and its impact on nature.....the megha malahari raga causes
heavy rainfall!!!! " I WILL ELABORATE MORE ON STEP3 VERY SOON...
Check this small note on the power of vibrations extracted from pandit
ravishankar's website:

"""In India the musicians create the effect of seasons through ragas,
the feelings of the seasons are incorporated in the ragas. One such
musician was the legendary "Tansen". He was said to have performed
miracles with his ragas. He painted pictures, brought rains, lighted
fire with his singing. One of the stories about him goes that while
watching birds in the jungle he noticed that by the whistling of birds
in the dusk twigs caught fire. Tansen then experimented with ragas and
formulated the raga Deepak. This raga when sung caused fire in the
area of performance. During this time Akbar was the Emperor and his
rivals forced Tansen to sing the raga so that every thing gets burnt.
But Tansen asked for some time and in the mean while he taught a lady
the raga to bring rains. This was raga Megha Malhar.

On the fixed day when Tansen was performing every thing got heated up.
the lamps started glowing but nothing caught fire. This was because
the lady was singing Megha Malhar which brought rains to douse off the
fire. Such was the magic of Tansen who could alter the course of
nature with his ragas. India has produced masters like Tansen."""
