As I mentioned in Faculty Meeting last week, we are interested in possibly purchasing a ddPCR machine (http://www.bio-rad.com/en-us/applications-technologies/droplet-digital-pcr-ddpcr-technology).

Our preliminary data shows better reproducibility than standard qPCR, and greater sensitivity (I am happy to make the data available). 

Please email me if you would be interested in using such a device, and if we can get a critical mass, figuring out how to pay for it.
