I'm interested in BDD in C++, but it seems a little cumbersome... Igloo looks promising. 

Are there many people actively using it for development?

I don't know how many projects actively using Igloo there are. Compared to something like Google Test, I think Igloo still has to be considered a somewhat obscure framework.
