PFA application forms for core and associate teams of Impulse'14

Hello All!

Its time for us to start the preparations for IEEE IGDTUW’s annual technical fest- IMPULSE’14.  The teams need to be formed.
PFA application forms for Core Team and Associate Team. Only third year students can apply for Core team and only second year students can apply for associate team.
The following teams will exist for IMPULSE'14:

1.     Formal strategy team

2.     Human resource team

3.     Sponsorship team

4.     Publicity Team

5.     Website Team

6.     Creativity team

7.     Informal strategy team

Download the respective form and after filling up the required details, send the completed form to ieee....@gmail.com latest by

Thursday, 12th December'13, 11:59(noon) for Core team applicants

&

Thursday,12^th December’13 23:59(midnight) for Associate team applicants.

Interviews for the core team (3rd yr students)will be held on 12^th December from 1 PM onwards in the ground

&

Interviews for the associate team (2nd yr students) will be held on 13^th December from 1 PM onwards in the ground

 

It is mandatory to fill the application form in order to be eligible to give the interviews.

HURRY UP. Not much time left for the application submission deadline.
