Invitation for Applications for ExeComm & Auxiliary Board 2013-14

Hello All !!

After seeing your hard work throughout the year, its time to hand over the charge to the deserving ones. The time has come to form a new IGIT IEEE Executive Committee and bid farewell to the present one.

I would like to mention that this time we have come up with some changes. An Auxiliary Committee will be formed along with the Executive Committee. The board will comprise of third year students(present second year) who will be helping the Executive Committee in implementing the events.

All third year students and second year students who are presently IEEE members can apply for the positions in Executive Committee and Auxiliary Committee respectively. The application forms are attached with this mail. Send in the filled up form to vishc...@gmail.com by 18th April 2012.

I have a doubt regarding the application. Can we apply for more than one posts? Also if we have to send separate application for each, or include them in a single application?

@Ambika: u apply for one post as far as form is concerned...the rest would be taken care of in the interview..:)

@Devisha: only ieee members can apply. This year we are gonna be strict regarding this.
