Greetings All ! 

Your response for the participation in the WIE Delhi Section Congress which will be held on 12^th April 2013 in NSIT has been a little disappointing. Perhaps, the reason being the upcoming minors. I would encourage you to participate heartily as it will help you build your network and will give you good exposure.
