I am giving you guys a time span of 4 hours. 1pm to 5pm.
Now decide a time when we can come together for the meet for at least two hours.
You guys have to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with the following
1. TvsA for last week.
2. Plan of Action for the coming week.
3. Member engagement plan.
4. Rate yourself on the following
Discipline
Leader
Team member experience
Taking initiative
Ownership
6. Help you require from Co-managers &/or VPs.
Everything needs to be in one pen drive. ( End responsible Deepak )
Carry one laptop. ( End responsible Deepak )
And mark my words, no excuses.
Its been a long time. Since we have all come together as a TEAM.
Ankur is responsible for communicating the time ( when each and every manager is available for at least two hours ) on this thread. We need to know the time by Friday 5pm.
P.S. Nobody replies to this email. Apart from Ankur (5pm is the deadline).
Venue will be communicated.
