Dear AIESEC in Kolkata,

Many might have been wondering, its the 24th of the month at the end of a quarter. Are there no applications releasing for the new term? 

Your wait is over.

No jazz quote. No jazzy video. No duping you to apply.

2 MB terms have come and gone. 2 bodies that defined leadership for us. 

But now its time for change. Change is inevitable. And change is needed. 

Needed for a group of people who come together for a particular cause. 

Who keep the interest of the organisation over their own personal priority.

Who want to bring about change like its only their job and no one elses.

Who will look up to a task and say, "Yes, i am going to do it. Not because I "want" to, but because I "have" to. If not me, who else?"

Such people are rare. You will not find them everywhere. You will have to look deep into cracks and surfaces until you finally see one. 

But the question here is not to look outside, but to look within yourself for a second. 

Close your eyes, and think-

Am i up for this job?

Is it within me?

Can i be a leader?

And the first answer that comes to your mind when you ask yourself this is what will define you. 

We are now recruiting a fresh bunch of people that you will get a chance to mentor and lead. The future has many things awaiting us, some of it we couldn't even think we would witness in our lives.

Its the final hurdle. The finish line is close, yet far. The final race.
