Want Details?

It is a complete in house project of AIESEC Kolkata through which we help our membership and the students of our city to utilize our Global Internship Programme to train themselves in foreign languages which interests them. And the best part they will be taught by our Incoming GIP Exchange Participants who are the natives of those languages!

Details of the classes :- 

• Tentative starting date :- 20th October
• It will be a three month course.
• 36 classes. Each class for 2 hours.
• 4 days a week. Schedule as of now - 11 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM
• Languages offered :-  Mandarin, French, Spanish, German
• Total course fees (for 3 months) - Rs 5000
• Facility of back up classes.
• Learners will be certified.

How do I care?

There are two opportunities for you-

1. You can be a part of the classes yourself. Enroll yourself for any new language you want to learn, you will obviously get first preference being a member of AIESEC Kolkata.  Learning a foreign language, especially by a trainer from the native country at such a cheap price is an opportunity like never before! 2. Help organize this major initiative for AIESEC Kolkata!

Following are job roles-

Matching and Delivery Heads of the project. 

Job Role :- Matching the TN forms, EP buddy of the realized EP, facilitating the language training classes, delivering sessions if required.

Advantages :- Free classes for this person, chance to improve on their communication skills, international exposure.

 Marketing responsible.

Job Role :- Marketing of the project , social media responsible, to get in as many students as possible for the project.

Advantages :- Free classes, marketing skills improvement.

 Partnership Coordinator

Job role :- Looking for the venue, logistics incharge

Advantages :- Improvement in crisis management skills, selling skills..

 Finance responsible 

Job Role : Finance in charge, handling cash flow, etc.

Advantages :- free classes , crisis management skills, selling skills.

Send in your letter of Intent stating which job role is of your preferred choice, Why you should be selected and your time commitments till November. Email it to the LCP, VP TM and VP IGIP Shreyansh Chandak. It should be in PDF Format.

Deadline: 3rd September, 2013 11:59 PM.
