The month of July has passed. I hope it has given you few things to reflect upon. I hope it has given you the space to kick-start your journey to the end of your term. There are many things that are in a mess right now, there are many things that are to be done. How often do we continue the battle and fight against the odds to survive in an environment where no one ever has? How often do we see a time where no one has done anything great as an opportunity to succeed? It’s up to you. You can choose to believe that the month of July, August and September are meant to be slow and dull over the past years, or, you can choose to see that as an opportunity to achieve what you want which no one in the past has done. You can choose to settle with or be disappointed with what you have done in the past or, you can choose to define what your year shall look like and you can decide NOW!
Trust I seek and I find in you! Every day for us something new. Open mind for a different view and nothing else matters! Click here

Update from July!

Inferences
-
Good job AIESEC Bangalore, DI and DU for getting matches on system.
-
None of the LCs have achieved 100% of their target for the month. If you do not achieve your monthly targets then it directly means that you will no where be close to your yearly targets.
-
LCs have gone into raising yet again, I hope they are raising right. With so many forms going on system I hope you have done your hardwork while raising.
-
Most of the LCs have dipped massively in performance in the last month, I hope you realize that we need to be consistent throughout if we want to get closer to our targets.
-
The total number of matches done in July is only 80 which is just 5 more when compared to 2012.
-
There are few matches that have not gone up on system due to changes in the way we put matches.

With the new Audits in place, you are being tracked on the following parameters-
-
Part 1- Exchange,
-
Part 2- Local Health Check,
-
Part 3- Program Delivery Efficiency,
-
Part 4- Customer Experience Management(CEM)- Part 4.1- Sales, Part 4.2- Account Management, Part 4.3- Experience Delivery.
A quick update based on analysis of audits that you have sent-
Exchange: Exchange update is covered above.
Local Health Check:
-
A lot of your money is still in the market, just imagine what you and your LC could have done with it if the money was in your bank.
-
There is hardly any innovative or productive investment made in iGIP, do push your VP Fs to look into the same and address this.
-
The synergy with M remains poor at LC level and marketing isn't driving iGIP through any innovations.
Program Delivery Efficiency (PDE):
-
The delivery rate continues to be a major challenge across LCs. With most of you raising new forms the concern is- are you sure you'd be able to service these? What are you doing about it?
-
The understanding of synergy with IM is very vague and a lot can be capitalized on from IM.
Customer Experience Management(CEM):
-
There are LCs with 10 members doing sales, whereas the total number of appointments done in the month is only. The question is, are you really giving a fulfilling experience to the sellers by making them sell more?
-
Only 3-4 LCs had a feedback form for their client. Please refer to the emails on commission group and drive down the AI run feedback form with your clients.
-
Tracking and Account management is a grey area right now. Most of the LCs do not have a proper way of tracking and storing information about clients.
-
There are no sensible and good case studies from clients and interns with any LC. This either means we are not delivering experiences that can be good examples, or, we have lost the culture of getting sensible case studies.
-
NPS is overall a grey area again, with a little progress in few LCs, however, nothing remarkable. You know what to do, please be a strong implementor.
LCs that haven't send their audits for the month or have sent it late due to various reasons-
Bangalore, Baroda, Chandigarh, Manipal University.

There has been a lot of information that has been coming your way and will be coming in the next month. I hope you know the value of right action at the right time to make any given task a success. All strategies and plan if not done at time, do not make any sense. I hope you'd be responsive, not only in replying but also in your actions.
Don't lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations. Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is necessary to make it a reality.
