iam attaching the cards list, please check if it is OK with you?

noting that there are few names iam still working to figure out there details as it was written by handwritting and sometimes it is impossible to be read.

 

second, i will be sending my comment of the meetings we had, hopefully tomorrow.

Thanks, they are exactly as  I liked. 

However, just a few details, 

1.Please use CAPITAL letters. 

2.For country telephone code, (You've done this) there are some missings, for example

Mr. SYED OMAR SHARIFUDDIN SYED IKHSAN (Malaysion code is missing)

finally, 

3.There are some missing data (Mr.Salah Mandil), 

if that is because you could not read the jpg or pdf file, please tell me the missing names (and fields)

I may send it to you, because the original cards are with us.

4. Most important field is e-mail field, you may use other excel documents, to crocss-check it.

and finally, please review the whole list, 

5. At the end, we should compare card numbers and your list, in order to avoid missing non-recorded business cards.

after reviewing the file,  do you mind sending the file zipped.

I wrote phone numbers as written in the card, and as you may see, some don’t include country code

finally,

Dear Najlaa,

 

If you double-click the telephone fields (on any empty place), there pops up a menu, and give you option to select the right country name, then fills the telephone field automatically, as adding  "plus" sign and country code consecutevely(+963) .

 

But beware that, sometimes an excess 0 may remain, you should rectify them.

 

the other comments ok.

but give me the names, that you could not read any detail of it.
