attached is the list with 21 names,

noting that no 13 is the name from Afganistan that team couldnt remember his name and was left empty.

somee comments:

Some are by Palestinian, and Jordanian participants

1-      There was a great need to Arabic translation (from Turkish and English), and it should be a rule to unify in which language presentations are (as Turkish was allowed where Arabic was not).

2-      After conference there were incomplete records for all participants, as there were around 300 participants, and we only have details for around 100.

3-      More coordination from the side of the chairmen of the presentations with the presenters, is needed,

4-      Workshop should be more specific and divided into sections, for health, education…

And same for egov net, it should have sectors as it is a big topic.

5-      The survey should have a place for email, and specialty in egov subject.

6-      A time for comments and discussion is essential after sessions, to make the sharing more effective.

7-      We should focus on egov to egov

8-      For future conference, we should make sure that the same people are invited, to avoid starting communication again and again and duplicity.

also iam working on the notes of our last meeting, will send it soon.

we can add that:

1- if conference place could be in a near area ( i mean near to institution, universities,...) would be more effective.

2- and i may suggest that, to make the food time (dinner or lunch) a social event, outside the hotel, (similar to ertugrul idea) so all partipants will go in the same time in the same bus to the same place instead of having an open time from 7 till 9.30,
