This report will help all of us to shape possible future activites on SIEG concept.

CONFERANCE CRITICS
Internet connection was terribly slow. A presentator was presenting his presentation on the internet. Because of being slow it was obviously a failure. Actually the failure was not only of him.
Traditional style tea is necessary during breaks in addition to the machines used. Especially middle eastern & some Asian countries are very sensitive on the subject of tea. It is perceived that it is an essentiality of being house holder.
2 desks TODAi & CCF should be joined.
We must have enough gifts to give the guests just before leaving.
The guest have already been as Tourist, must be prevented before.
2 simulteneous conferences is not applicaple to be attended both!
Some presentations was not serving the definite purpose of this conference . They must be eliminated before.
Web page we must have before conferences.
CCF must have one type of business cards. It will also include the web adress.
GALA CRITICS

GALA was very beneficial to me. 3 foreign guests I have met. With 2 of them I have talked during whole conference. And I had made also an engagement for the next possible presentation. I have a belief that such GALA type organizations are very useful to become closer and to have business type connections at all.
The only problem is that some pple returned back early and could not attend the GALA. Ex: Ozbek Lady.
Solution : At least 2 GALAs required.
1. Firs meeating GALA ; 2nd day is preferred for the late comers.
2. Last GALA: Last night.
Suggestion : There was a very high volume of music. To talk with the ppl and hear them was vey difficult.
TOUR KRITICS (Here some extraordinary ideas may be mentioned, if so just skip it).
The last day time should be reserved only for tours. My guests asked me allways for shopping.
I have an idea that some CCF members also can be a guide for lets say ASPENDOS.
The Last Word: Conferance and its benefits were wonderful. My aim is that it be much better than it was.

Now on same in Turkish
Internet baglantisi korkunc sekilde yavasti. Bir presentator internet uzerinde sunum yapiyordu. Yavaslik yuzunden resmen `fail` oldu. Burada fail olan sadece presentator olmuyor!
Turk usulu demleme cayi yapilsin aralarda. Hazir cay makinelerine ilaveten. Ozellikle araplar ortadogulular cay konusunda hassastir. Misafir agirlamanin esasi kabul edilir.
TODAI ve CCF desk birlestirilsin.
Onceden hepimizin yeterince hediyeleri olsun. Yabancilara yakinlik belirtisi olarak ayrilirken vermek icin.
Turist gelenler onceden onlenmeye calisilsin.
Ayni anda 2 konferans olunca 2 sine ayni anda katilim mumkun olamiyordu! Birkac defa 2 sine ayri ayri girdim, takip etmek icin degil sadece topigi kavramak icin.
Sadece turist gelenler degil bazi presentasyonlarinda elenmesi gerekiyordu. Her bilimsel makale bizim amacimiza hizmet etmiyor. Bazi presentasyonlar e_gov & share noktasinda birsey kazandirmiyordu. Bu makalelerden bazisi da daha once yayinlanmis bulunan yeni bir sey olmayan makaleler iceriyordu. Hazirlanan kitap incelenirse bu rahatlikla gorulebilir. Bunlarin onceden elenmesi ve konferansa dahil edilmemesi gerekiyordu. Boyle olursa konferans daha �z�t ve keskin (suland�r�lma oran� dusuk) olur.
Web sayfasi konferans oncesi hazir olsun ki insanlara suradan da indirebilirsiniz diyelim.
CCF nin cesit cesit ayri ayri is kartlari olmasin. Bu tip organizasyon oncesi herkesin ozel bir amblemli tek elden bastirilmis bir karti olsun. Ayrica bu kartta az once sozu edilen web sayfasi adresi de bulunsun.
GALA KRiTiGi

Ayrica sanildigi gibi GALA yi ben bizim grupla sohbet icin kullanadim. GALA da ben 3 ayri yabanciyla gorustum 2 siyle de GALA boyunca sohbet imkani buldum, biriyle gelecek konferans presentasyonu konularinda cok ciddi baglantilar yaptim. 1 de Sirketten 1 Turk ziyaretci ile tanistim. Bu acidan GALA turu organizasyonlarin cok faydali oldugu kanaatindeyim.
Yalniz sunumunu veren gitti, sunumunu veren gitti. Son gunde galaya kalan nisbeten azdi. Ornek Ozbek bayan yoktu Galada.
Cozum : En az 2 gala olsun.
1. Tanisma galasi ; muhtemelen 2. gun uygun olur gec gelenler acisindan.
2. Ayrilis galasi: Gene Son gece olur.
Oneri : Galanin amaci yemek/muzik ten cok tanismak, kaynasmak idi. Oysaki ben yabanci misafirlerle sohbet sirasinda sesimi duyurmakta ve onlari anlamakta gucluk cektim.
Cozum: Muzik calinacaksa, muzigin sesi arka planda, hafif ve dinlendirici bir sekilde calsin.
GEZi KRiTiGi (Burada size aykiri fikirler olabilir, if so just skip it).
Son gunduzde gezi vs ye ayrilsin (Zaten bazi presentasyonlar elenseydi son gun bosa cikardi.) :
Ben yabanci misafirlerimle yakinligimi daha had safhaya ulastirmak icin isterdim ki bu amacla Aspendosu da onlara ben tanitayim. Nitekim ogrendiklerimi baskalarina anlatmaya basladim orada. Benim yabanci misafirlerim Doroty, Kazak bayan, Pakistanli bayan, bangledesli baylar, kirgiz baylar ve digerleri shopping istediler. Goturmeye zaman bulamadim.
Cozum: Son gunduz tam gun olarak bos birakilsin. Bu gezilerin hepsini de CCF yaptirsin rehberler yerine. Misafirler rehberlere degil bize yakin olsun. Bu amacla CCF icinden gonullulerden bir gezi timi olusturulsun. Bu timin herbirinin yanina Antalyali biri sehri bilen rehber olmasi sart degil verilsin.
Son gunde gezi olmasi extra otel maliyeti gerektirmiyor. Cunku 12:00 da herkes oteli bosaltmak zorunda deniyor. Bu 18:00 diye anlasma yapilabilir.
Son Soz: Konferans ve gerceklesen faydalari harikaydi. Benim niyetim harikanin da otesine ulasmasina katkida bulunmak.
