accessing controllers from flex client

 i am having problem exposing grails controller to flex client using granite data service whereas i am able to connect it(flex client) with grails service ... i am trying example given at http://www.grails.org/plugin/gdsflex  mirroring the section exposing grails controller... can you help me on that...

with service its working but with the same configuration with controllers its not working is there any specific configuration required...... i am not configuring anythings special for grails controllers...
