Hi there,
I went through the transcripts of meetings (IGF annual meetings and preparatory meetings) searching for statements related to remote participation.
Did not search the written contributions (the .doc and .pdf files that are sent to Secretariat and also made public on the website).
The result is the powerpoint file attached. It was an interesting exercise and read for me. Hope you can also have some use for this.

Interesting remarks, Seiiti!!
I was thinking we could use them in igfremote website, for example, in a ballon on the top page showing those phrases/paragraphs, each one changing every 5 min (or less or more) - (I don't know the technical name for this, but it must have one - like advertisement spots?!)
Just a suggestion...
