Dear all

I disseminated this information to several groups in Africa, I hope some
will be interested. The information is also available on our website in
English http://www.cipaco.org/?lang=en and in soon in French.

PS : We added that there's no funding available for hubs - I thought
this was important to mention. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

That´s correct. Most of the work and resources are gathered by voluntarism and partnerships.
We believe that it can be organized by 2-3 motivated and knowledgeable people. They might need some political connections/influence to raise stakes of the local event, but even without that they might do a simple small gathering. Most of the efforts of the organizers should go to carefully plan the content, and raise key issues for the local community.
