Again, let me reintegrate that you do send private emails, you sent me one yesterday asking if we should do a proposal for Nairobi and if I would be present, I said I was planning to go, and sent you the document from the DC. 

The email was not meant for the others at this time, why now the fuss?

It was for your perusal at this time.

All you had to do was either agree or disagree, and then ask the others to input, now you are leaving me open to critics. When I was only suggesting, we discussed this topic previously, are you loosing your memory, privately.

Please just either agree or disagree, then include the others, please in future do not send me private emails, the DC document IS OPEN FOR EDIT! IT IS NOT FINAL, if this bullying continues, I will take myself off the DC DDHTI do have other DC that need my experience.

Yao failed previously on proposals   

He is also not medical he needs to consult

Is thiss just a submission then from Yao and You  from youth ddht? 

Should the rest of us plan another ?

June Please leave DDHT for the other DC as you wish. Yes a lot of attempts to close us down on behalf of the other Digital Health DC over the past few years by some. Note  you work for payment for them it seems as well...a conflict of interest,  that we only got to know recently due to discussions on the main DC issue .

Yes we work in small DC groups on a topic but I am fair to all. Yao and You have DDHT subgroups we have not all got the admit information for these. Members have written to me asking about if these are valid groups. 

I worked in trust but now it has failed. A few founders have to deal with repercussions of individual actions of this DC in the past and hence why we request transparency. 

I called for proposal inputs and You and Yao did not respond to the main DC list nor advise me in any way until now.

I wrote the Wsis proposal myself but advised that I would be doing so. I work on a number of ITU WGs. We get that event because of that work of mine for 25 years. I was an HLP there and they , CS wsis with Eurodig, helped me build this DC. I was voted in Wsis for events and rep as I new many from old times.

This DC was for the citizen but as some jurisdictions want patient feedback we had doctors join us. Great and thank you. 

Please use your judgement to Include all in a transparent manner when it comes to major events. This group has an admin team until the end of the year who get more email so that lots of email doesn't flood the members emails. 

It is difficult when members don't respond In a timely manner, another has to be sent out.   I am not paid so it takes more time too. You have been good to respond as has Amado. 

The personal email quesrion was so there is less email traffic for all. Members ask for less email to follow as noted above. The VCs get the most. The whole DC does not need to know that you will travel with a grant from IGF.  You did not respond to my all DC email of the same so I asked as we dont need to submit a proposal if no one will be on site. It would be a waste of time and also not look good that we didn't plan ahead. Stats will know we had no one to go and was speculating. 

Prior years I have to work hard to get partners to collaborate with us so we participate. We are one of the only DCs wirh consistent participation for 6 or 7 years. It takes many hours to get collab for this DC. 

Please use judgement. Proposals are DDHT wide so we all know the plan. I may inquire about interest personally but we have decided as a group and kept informed as a group. Last year we went with the topic You wanted and Joao and I had to scramble for speakers at the end. No help. 

June we will close down end of the year and archive under this name. A new group can refresh the name as Amado wishes for a new name and he will be co chair. 

Thank you for your time with DDHT. You have bullied me a lot over the years but also been helpful. But thank you for your transparency on this current matter that the proposal was underground, why not be transparent? . 

Yao and your  proposal will make some countries look bad internarionally. I don't want to be part of that proposal.   A lot of national politics we don't need to perpetuate in this direct manner. Who suggested this topic in the first place to the main DC and why was DDHT not consulted ? we all still don't know??! 

I support Houda's proposal as it aligns with new UN policy.

Manners are important.

 I have rarely attended DC main meetings this year. Just the most recent one. We have had limited DDHT calls  perhaps 2 this year?.

I am against this topic for Nairobi. You add it as individuals to the proposal list.
