First of all, it was about symbols, visual communication and the difficulties we might have to deal with right now. The discussion we had on the UN emblem
had the same timing with the IGF leadership panel in Vienna and its big press conference.
By the way, it is also curious to notice that the simple logo of the UN with just its two letters has disappeared from the IGF website where it was displayed at the top of the homepage with the welcome of DESA.
Also, I linked in my last report for DC, reference 93, an article on big data that was overdue because of California's cultural specialty that made that
state a pioneer in drug regulation. So it is on the medical data, with the participation of all the players in the field.
Again, that month, the 66th Session on Narcotics took place in the UN building in Vienna. I had a partner from my network who was there because he regularly
participates in this event. He initially defends the use of Cannabis, but other subjects are involved in the process of analyzing specific behaviors.
I also started to join the UNDRR Stakeholder Engagement Mechanism which
is an important program for the medico-social field. It's also a UNODC campaign in Vienna to fight human trafficking and save children in Latin America that interests me
because of some of my experience.
This investigation is still ongoing, and a highlight of this activity was this statement by the UN Human Rights Council sanctioning France
for police violence.
