Here we have had a lot of reporting with video of how the fire actually occurred. We get the French, BBC and others reporting with footage. A similar event on Rhode Island US two decades ago. People were wondering why lessons were not learnt.

OK if DDHT does not want to make this suggestion to the Red Cross. This was to support all emergency situations which also include cyclone. Sri Lanka still has about 300 missing persons from the cyclone case of 1 month back. 

In times of distress it is difficult for families to manage various social medias.
