Dear IGF community,

I’d like to invite to to participate in a call for the applications that we just opened, and that is aimed at civil society organizations from the digital ecosystem.

It’s the Digital Rights Exchange Programme: an initiative that offers the opportunity to three pairs of organizations—each composed of one organization from the Global North and one from the Global South—to work together on a shared digital rights or internet governance challenge, with the aim of promoting peer learning and identifying advocacy opportunities.

Selected pairs will take part in a focused, in-person three–day exchange. The program covers the associated costs, making it a unique chance for in-depth collaboration. You can explore the call details here; it will remain open until August 2, 2026.

This initiative is part of the Civil Society Alliances for Digital Empowerment, an EU co-funded project that aims to enhance the capacity of CSO for effective advocacy in multilateral and multistakeholder internet governance processes, like the IGF.
