Hello!
My DC is hosting a zoom on Quantum Feb 13 at 10 am Vancouver time.
We have a speaker from Latin America. We will then have a few more comments followed by an open Q and A. Focus on impacts of Quantum for vulnerable groups, smaller countries, developing countries etc. How will the public interact with Quantum based aps etc. Focus is on the public user. Capacity building / risk management.
Save the date and I will send the link closer to the date.
First event after the UN recognized DCs officially, under the Internet Governance Forum of the UN Dept of Econ and Social Affairs . After 25 years of advocacy for some of us, we can retire knowing that we have enabled a space for public conversation regarding the internet and icts. You dont have to be Government or Big Company. Open to All.
A big thank you for those if you who supported DC DDHT. The UK has just launched virtual hospital!!.
IGF is open to all to discuss issues in a professional manner.
