I have submitted the survey for us. We are not requesting a speaking spot, but we will gladly participate if invited to speak...there are 30 plus DCs and we did speak in 2022( Ref Herman) there are few spots.

Dear all,

As you may know, we will organize this year again an intersessional event at the Second Open Consultations Day and MAG meeting, for which we scheduled 90 minutes on 26 June from 15:00 to 16:30 CET.

As discussed during last week’s DC Coordination Group meeting, we suggested to have following session run-down:

Introduction of the intersessional event and its purpose (by the moderator) ~ 5 minutes
Overview of the IGF intersessional work (by IGF Secretariat) ~ 10 minutes
Intersessional work representatives connecting their ongoing/upcoming work & findings to one of the four IGF 2024 subthemes ~10 minutes per subtheme
Contribution of the intersessional work to the IGF 2024 (by the moderator) ~ 5 minutes
Open floor discussion and Q&A ~30 minutes
Closing

For the second agenda item (overview of the IGF intersessional work), the IGF Secretariat would like to conduct a short survey amongst the intersessional work (DCs, NRIs and PN/BPF), to showcase during the event the wealth of knowledge and expertise of the IGF intersessional work.
