This is a good title. As there seems to be others doing their thing put it in as a proposal on IGF. Rodrigo can help if he is available. Also consult with Joao as he has done it before. 

You have to note speakers ... put members of DDHT for now and guest speakers tba

Write up the proposal about 1 page

Ask for 90 mins any room format
