You are not a VC of this DC DDHT. We have a defined structue. Don't run your own show within our DC please. 

This can only proceed if Amado or Jorn takes ownership of it this year. You or Yao are not authorized for it. These are our TOR. Unless Yao is submitting ad a youth lead in which case Joao has to be in agreement. June you rep us on the main DC but not to take over the DC use your judegement. You have ignored the chair and the vcs, both...
