Dear all,

Please find below a first draft for a common submission of the DCCG as a reaction to the WSIS+20 Elements paper. We can discuss this more in detail at our call next week. AS you will note, the draft mentions that iDCs may make individual submissions in their respective area of expertise. While the common submission will reflect a consensus position, the individual DC submission will not reflect a consensus.

This is a reminder to take a close look at the Elements Paper and prepare a reaction in your area of expertise. You may wish to refer to individual paras of the paper that you find problematic or point our areas that are missing. However, please keep your submissions as short as possible, not exceeding a one pager.
