*Due to historical fluctuations in the MAG’s composition, the rotation cycle has become imbalanced. To restore the approximate one-third annual rotation, a corrective approach is introduced whereby nine (9) members who have already served three consecutive terms, exceptionally, continue for one additional term in 2026. These members are proposed based on the quality of their contributions to date and the regional, stakeholder and gender balance they bring to the overall composition. Over the following two years, this mechanism may need to be retained so that the overall adjustment restores the regular rotation cycle long-term.
