Save the Date! Digital@UNGA WSIS+20 Edition 15 December 2025, New York Dear Madam/Sir, Following the success of the Digital@UNGA Anchor Event held in September during the United Nations General Assembly, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) are pleased to invite you to save the date for a special edition of Digital@UNGA, taking place on 15 December 2025, from 15:00 to 18:00 in the Delegates Dining Room, United Nations Headquarters, New York on the occasion of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS)+20 overall review by the United Nations General Assembly that will take place on 16-17 December. Building on the conversations initiated at previous Digital@UNGA sessions, government and industry leaders, academia, civil society, youth, and international organizations will come together to advance, showcase, and celebrate how digital technologies can be a powerful force for unity and progress. The programme will also feature discussions on WSIS and highlight progress of the Partner2Connect Digital Coalition. A networking reception will take place following the formal programme.
