Thanks for the email.
You are correct that iGet mobile's personal server can be accessed
from Mac and PC, not just iPhone.
If you are connecting from a Mac to a Mac, iGet is both faster and
generally can do more (moving/trashing files, making new folders,
etc.).
The native Mac OS X interface that iGet provides is better than any
web-based interface could be, including that of iGet Mobile.
That being said, if you are only concerned with accessing (and not
moving/manipulating) the files on the remote Mac, you might not need
those extra things that iGet provides. In that case, iGet Mobile may
be sufficient.
