IgDiscover version 0.11 released

Dear IgDiscover users,

I am happy to announce the release of IgDiscover version 0.11. To
update, run 'conda update igdiscover'.

These are the most important changes:

• The IgBLAST cache is disabled by default

• Added detection of potential chimeras to the (pre-)germline filters.
Candidates alleles that can be explained as a chimera of two unmodified
reference alleles are marked in the new_V_germline.tab file.

• A table similar to candidates.tab that explains why a candidate was
filtered is now created.

• J discovery has been tuned to give fewer truncated sequences.
