I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to reach out to you with a special opportunity that may be beneficial for someone in your Chapter/SIG community. 

IGDA & IGDA Foundation have a funding opportunity available for studios/teams who are considering (or in the process of) porting their game to Android. Up to two games will be selected to receive resources (of up to $20,000) needed to complete an Android port of their game by December 1, 2024. 

To qualify for the opportunity: 

• The game must have generated at least $10,000 per month over the last 6 months; and 
• The team must consist of underrepresented developers (e.g., diversity across race, gender, sexuality, disability, or other factors). 

You may apply for this opportunity here. We simply need a few details about your game, your team, and your capacity to finish the port by the end of the year. 

It would be great to support games made from the IGDA community, so please share this with your teams and community participants. We are hoping to finalize the selection by the end of the month.
